- INITIATE YOUR RETURN
Go to golstar.com/returns, tell us what item(s) you want to return and why. Confirm your return.
- RETURN PICK-UP
We will arrange for a return pick-up of your order and the courier shall pick it within 72 hours of your request. Please bear in mind it may take 2-7 working days for the Product to reach back to our Order processing center.
You will not be charged shipping costs for your return.
Please note: personalised items are made uniquely for you and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Return Instructions
Return of Products will be accepted only if they are returned in their original packaging and within 14 days of purchase.
Online Returns
We will arrange for a return pick-up of your order and the courier shall pick it within 72 hours of your request which may take 2-7 working days for the Product to reach back to our Order processing centre.
- All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.
- Package the item in its original packaging, we request you to place the box in further protective packaging to ensure there is no damage in shipping the goods.
There are different return methods depending on where you purchased your product. Items purchased at the adidas online shop can only be returned to us. Store bought items should be returned to stores.

What is the return policy for face covers?
This product is not returnable, exchangeable or refundable due to health protection reasons, unless there is a manufacturing defect with the product.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT(S)?

Ordered the wrong size? You can exchange your item for a different size for free within 14 days after receiving your order.

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM
Start an exchange on the website from your ordered items or on the app and follow the instructions.
Within 4-5 business days, the carrier will collect the item(s) at the original delivery address.
The returned item will be checked at the warehouse in 2 business days.
Once the Quality check is passed, the warehouse will ship the new item back to the consumer in 4-5 business days.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME & COST?
Due to ongoing weather conditions, deliveries and returns may take longer than usual.
Free Delivery is provided for all orders above Rs.1000.
Normally our delivery takes between 2-5 working days. An estimated delivery date will be provided to you at checkout.

Where is my order?
Visit your order details page to track the status of a recent order. If it hasn’t been shipped yet, we are doing everything to send your order asap. If you’ve received your shipping email with a track and trace number, please use the tracking link within the email to get the latest information regarding your delivery.
It could be possible you receive multiple packages for your order and each package has its own tracking email and link.
Delivery Rules & Restrictions:
- We will deliver to the address indicated by you within India.
- We can only deliver to a home or office address or a carrier pickup location.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you agree that the carrier we have engaged for the delivery
may also deliver the Products to a neighboring/nearby address or pick-up point.
- After which Goldstar is deemed to have met its obligation to deliver the Products.

Our Carrier Delivery days run from Monday – Saturday. Except on public holiday in the area
in which our warehouse/delivery location is located.
- Delivery time varies depending on the type of products purchased, your address and method you choose.
- During sale and promotion periods delivery might take a little longer than expected.
- The mere fact that a delivery period is exceeded does not entitle you to compensation.
- Personalizing a product will take an additional 2 days. For example, by adding a name, number, badge or flag to the product.
- Goldstar is entitled, insofar as reasonably possible, to make split deliveries so that you receive your Products as soon as possible.
- There are no additional costs associated with such split deliveries. However, in the event that you request that we deliver in parts, we may charge you for extra delivery costs.
- In the unlikely event of after entering into the contract of sale, we cannot, could not or can no longer deliver (part of) your order, we will be entitled to terminate the contract of sale.
- We will, of course, inform you and reimburse any payments made.
